Return of Defective Items
PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Send us an email with the title "[ORDER NUMBER] - Request to Return Defective Item" witihin 14 Days from the date of delivery.
Write and provide all the following information about the defective item in the email to facilitate verification of the return request.

STEP 2: We shall review your Request To Return Defective Item.
Once we have authorized your return request, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be issued and we shall send a notification email to inform of the relevant follow-up procedures.
* If the return request is rejected, a notification email will be sent to inform of the rejected status and the return request will be considered closed.
Further request to return the same item will not be entertained.
If customer persists to return the rejected item without our approval and without our official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, the return will be disregarded and no refund will be reimbursed.
STEP 3: Securely pack the item to be returned to ensure that it will not be damaged during shipping. Write down our Company Address and the RMA Number on the return package.
Send the item to be returned by PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel.
Email to us a photo of the return shipping package and PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel receipt.

STEP 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the return request. We will check and verify to see whether the returned item is defective as mentioned in the Request To Return Defective Item
* Our company is not responsible for items that are lost during return shipping and will not reimburse any refund if we do not receive the item.
* No replacement will be reimbursed if we find any other damages other than those stated in the Request To Return Defective Item Form.
STEP 5: If the returned item is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange to send a replacement for the item via PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel.
* We only accept one-to-one replacement for defective item and no refund will be allowed.
However, if in case we are not able to provide a replacement of the original return item for any reasons, we will arrange to refund in vouchers based on the item price when it was purchased.
* If the returned item is confirmed to be not defective, no replacement will be reimbursed.
STEP 6: If the returned item is confirmed to be defective, we will refund to customer for the return shipping cost only for the value spent for PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel.
We will not be responsible for extra cost incurred if customer sends the return shipping using methods other than PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel.
The amount that we would refund for the return shipping will be stated in our reply for the Request To Return Defective Item and no additional amount will be reimbursed.
* If the returned item is confirmed to be not defective, no refund will be reimbursed for the cost of return shipping paid by customer and customer will have to be pay for the cost of shipping back.
We will send an email to inform of the shipping charges and customer will have to reply to us to confirm whether customer would pay for the cost of shipping back. Once we receive the payment for the cost of shipping back, we will arrange to send back the returned item.
If customer refuse to pay for the cost of shipping back or if we do not receive a reply from customer within 14 days from the email date when we inform of the shipping back charges, the returned item will be considered forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed by our company.
STEP 7: Refunds will be reimbursed only with vouchers for the price of the item when it was purchased. We shall issue the vouchers and send to your email.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The return of defective items is subjected to the following terms and condition:
- Customer must email to us a Request to Return Defective Item within 14 Days from the date of delivery.
Any request received later than 14 Days from the date of delivery will be rejected and shall not be entertained.
- Customer must provide us with detailed information about the defect.
This is to help us verify the request and to ensure that the replacement item will be checked accordingly to avoid similar problems.
Request To Return Defective Item without defect information will be rejected.
- Customer must email to us photos of the defective item for validation.
- Customer must wait for us to review the Request To Return Defective Item and wait for us to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before sending the defect item for return shipping.
Unauthorized returns without an official RMA Number issued by us will not be accepted and no replacement will be reimbursed by our company.
- Customer is responsible for the safety of the return shipping item and must ensure that the item is securely packed,
no replacement will be reimbursed if we find any other damages other than those stated in the Request To Return Defective Item Form.
- Customer is responsible for the security of the return shipping item and should ensure that it reaches us safely.
We recommend that customers send the return shipping item via PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel.
Our company is not responsible for items that are lost during return shipping and will not reimburse any refund if we do not receive the return shipping item.
- Customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping cost of sending the item.
- Customer must email to us a photo of the return shipping package and PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel receipt to us for verification.
- If the returned item is confirmed to be not defective, no refund will be reimbursed for the cost of return shipping paid by customer.
- If the returned item is confirmed to be not defective, customer will have to be pay for the cost of shipping back.
We will send an email to inform of the shipping charges and customer will have to reply to us to confirm whether customer would pay for the cost of shipping back.

Request To Return Defective Item and no additional amount will be reimbursed. The refund for cost of return shipping will be reimbursed only with vouchers, no refund in any form of monies will be reimbursed by our company.
- If the returned item is confirmed to be defective as mentioned in the Request To Return Defective Item, we will arrange to prepare and ship a replacement for the original returned item via PosLaju / Standard Air Parcel.
We only accept one-to-one replacement for defective item and no refund will be allowed. However, if in case we are not able to provide a replacement of the original return item for any reasons, we will arrange to refund based on the item price when it was purchased.
Refunds will be reimbursed only with vouchers, no refund in any form of monies will be reimbursed by our company.
- Request to return defective item on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.
- Our company reserves the right to change our return policy and/or reject any return requests for any reason without prior notice.
Should there be any dispute, our company’s decision will be final.

- Customer must email to us a Request To Return Unwanted Item within 14 Days from the date of delivery.

- Customer must provide us with valid reasons for returning the item, Request To Return Unwanted Item without valid reasons will be rejected.
- Customer must email to us the photos of the item to be returned for validation of whether the item is still in the original packaging and in good condition.
- Customer must wait for us to review the Request To Return Unwanted Item and wait for us to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before sending the unwanted item for return shipping.
Unauthorized returns without an official RMA Number issued by us will not be accepted and no refund will be reimbursed by our company.
