FREE Shipping Within Malaysia
All items at MiYeon Shop are eligible for FREE Shipping by PosLaju to destinations within Malaysia, excluding items classified as Cash&Carry that must be personally picked-up from our collection centre at Bangsar - Kuala Lumpur and items classified as Special Shipping Arrangement that require customers to pay additional shipping charges for special handling.
Items that are eligible for FREE Shipping Within Malaysia are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
Some items at MiYeon Shop Online are not eligible for free shipping, usually bulky items or liquid items that cannot be shipped will be classified under this category. These items will be classified as Cash&Carry and must be personally picked-up from our collection centre at Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
Kindly contact us via email (email@example.com) to arrange for an appointment to purchase the Cash&Carry items. Our term of payment is FULL PAYMENT by CASH ONLY (Ringgit Malaysia) upon collection of item.

Special Shipping Arrangement
Some items at MiYeon Shop Online are not eligible for free shipping. These items will be classified as Special Shipping Arrangement which are usually bulky items that requires special handling. Customers will have to pay additional shipping charges for the items to be shipped out to the specific destination. We can arrange shipment for these products by Poslaju / Express Mail Service (EMS) or Standard Air Parcel depending on customer preference.

Customers who wish to purchase items to be delivered to destinations outside Malaysia will have to pay for additional Express Mail Service (EMS) shipping charges.
Shipping Method, Delivery Time & Shipment Tracking
We are able to arrange shipment via the following shipping methods:
PosLaju - within Malaysia
Express Mail Service (EMS) - international outside Malaysia
Standard Air Parcel - international outside Malaysia
The customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible to pay all tax imposed on the goods by the country of destination which includes customs tax, import duties, sales tax, goods & service tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT) or any similar customs-related charges.
In addition to customs fees, customers are also responsible to pay for extra charges that may be incurred for customs processing & clearance, handling charges, brokerage fees, administrative fees and other relevant courier service charges.
If customers refuse to take delivery of a particular package due to customs or shipping issues, including refusal to pay customs taxes or extra handling charges, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

Confiscated By Customs Authority
Customers are responsible to be aware of items that are banned in the country of destination. If any items are confiscated by the Local Customs Authority of your country, our company is not responsible for any refund or reshipment regarding the confiscated order.
Lost & Undeliverable Shipments
Our company is not responsible for any items that are lost in shipment, we will not provide any refund or reshipment for items that are lost in post.
Undeliverable shipments are packages that are returned to our company. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, refused or rejected shipments, unclaimed shipments or failed delivery attempts by the postal service or courier to deliver for reasons that the recipient is unavailable. If we receive a undeliverable shipment, we will notify the customer via email to arrange for reshipment. Shipping cost for the reshipment will have to be paid by customer. We do not provide any refund for undeliverable shipments. If customer do not want to pay for reshipment, all items in the undeliverable shipment will be forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed by our company. Shall we not receive a reply from customer within 3 months from the notification email date, all items in the undeliverable shipment will be forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed.
